Put simply it’s because in 25 years, we have never sent two clients on the same itinerary! This total personalisation and attention to detail is impossible to achieve by using just email, therefore we always start by having a really in-depth conversation with you so that we can build a holiday that is exactly right for all the individuals travelling. This is a critical part of the whole process. Once we understand your requirements more clearly then ongoing communication can be by email if you so prefer.
