India Wildlife Holiday
I have just had a client who has returned after having a super India wildlife holiday at Tadoba National Park. They had been to India on several occasions to see the numerous cultural sights but they hadn’t seen the royal Bengal tiger.
That was indeed the first thing on their wish list on this trip. I had been to Tadoba a few times on an India wildlife holiday and I always felt that though it probably wasn’t one of the most scenic to start with, it did offer some spectacular tiger viewing opportunities. Tadoba is just an hour and a half away from Nagpur which is well connected from Delhi and Mumbai. The park has only one lodge called Tiger Trails which happens to be the best option at present but on my recent visit I was glad to know that a very good tented option was about to open its doors to the discerning traveler by early next year. It is going to be managed by people who have spent decades running superb lodges in the parks of Central India. Indeed Indian Explorations will be one of the few who get to visit the new lodge and we will certainly keep our clients informed.
