Why Choose Us?

We are the only safari company in England who is entirely owned and staffed by people who have spent their lives being brought up in Africa and India. We know, watch and understand the seasons – something which cannot be gleaned on a two week research of a country. Imagine if somebody asked you to explore England, Europe or America in two weeks. Could that make you an expert? This is our belief, also. There is another factor too. Like many other companies we promote responsible tourism. Unlike many other companies, we take it one step further and greatly contribute to various charities in the countries that we operate. And then one step further still, when we create lovely safaris, some taking you to the places we assist. Either way, you can have the most wonderful time on safari, knowing that you are making a difference. Now that makes sense to us.

The joy is that we can offer so many permutations. Luxury safaris, wonderful adventurous family safaris, learning about wildlife with professionals to staying in private houses and villas in beautiful, malaria free regions or on the coast. We offer a variety of horse riding safaris, allowing one to get close to game, riding for several days or simply riding for a couple of hours a day from a camp or lodge. Camel safaris provide a fun way to explore the more arid parts of northern Kenya, interspersed with walking. Walking safaris are wonderful too and one learns so much more on foot, as well as being more finely tuned and alert because of a natural sense of vulnerability. Canoeing safaris are unsurpassed – it is not often one can drink in Africa at such a slow pace, watching the birds nesting in the river banks and searching for shy, elusive antelope. Gorilla and chimpanzee trekking provide the finest primate experiences. A private mobile is one of the finest ways to undertake a safari whereby a camp is erected purely for your party and the days are flexible and free. There is the benefit and bonus of having a private guide with you throughout, a friend and mentor who provides continuity throughout combined with expert knowledge. A flying safari is another way to travel, where we have a pilot-guide who will fly you across Africa, allowing you to visit inaccessible places, in far flung regions, otherwise impossible to reach. We also have some super yachts and boats to travel on in Tanzania and Madagascar. And then, of course, you could combine all these factors together! The opportunities are endless, and the only limit is the realm of your imagination!
